Stupid term mon and debug question

I have SSHed into a new voice router (2911) and hit the TERM MON command as well as a DEBUG ISDN command yet I do not see any terminal messages or debug messages.

LOGGING EVENTS level is at 7.

What am I missing here.

Sorry for the rookie question
