Suddenly loosing WAN connection

I upgrade firmware from 1.0.3.5 to 1.0.4.17 and from this time I can't connect to any site time from to time. I have simple DHCP WAN connection between my provider and the router, my computer connects to router by wire (only Cisco SG 100D-08 stands between them). When I can't access sites I can access my router and the router needs much more time to answer to me via http. I don't use any vlans or internet access to my computer or router.

I have no idea how to find the problem with router. Maybe your questions can give me the way to fix the problem.

What router are you referring to? Also, what make and model modem? Are you on DSL, cable, T1?

Excuse me. The router is Cisco RV220W. I am on cable connection and I don't have any modem between router and provider. I receive IP from provider via DHCP.
