Unable to ping WAN port on RV180W

I recently setup my RV180W, but am unable to ping the WAN port (10.15.101.x) from within the same subnet (10.15.101.0). I can remotely administer it using the IP address, but cannot Ping it. I selected the Respond to Ping on WAN (Internet) in the Firewall - Attack Prevention section.
