VPN Tunnel issues with RV120W logs

I have setup a Client with a RV120W to have access to a IBM System i server. The connection will stay up for a while and then fail. I am unable to "DROP" the connection and reconnect. I have to disable the VPN tunnel and then do an edit process even though I don't actually change anything. I enable the tunnel and then I can connect the VPN tunnel again. I do not have access the Cisco ASA that it it connects with so I cannot give the settings for it. I suspect there is not a problem with the ASA configuration as it does work but will not stay connected. Below is the configuration information for the RV120W.
