According to the site, the latest is 10.0.0.26. But my RV220W says it is running 1.0.1.0.

The latest firmware is 1.0.1.0, which was temporarily pulled due to some reports of PPPoE issue caused by upgrading from firmware 1.0.0.26 to 1.0.1.0.
