WRV210 Drops internet frequently

I have a new WRV210 with 2.0.1.5 firmware loaded.  Every 20 minutes it drops the internet. I can't even ping it. The only option is to unplug and plug back in. I've dissabled wifi to see if that made a difference, and it doesn't.  What can make the router lock up like that?  I bought a second router and it does the exact same thing.....

Hi Alan,

thank you for your post. Are you loosing the internet via lan and wan side or both?

If via the wan side, do you still see the SSID?

Have you completed a factory reset?

When you loose the ping can you still ping via the lan side?
