WRVS4400N Port Forwarding Range Issues

Hi all, I've opened a range of ports on my Cisco firewall here. It's been about half an hour and none of these ports are reporting back as open. When I use Telnet to check the status it is saying they're closed. 

 

I've restarted the device to see if that would kick things into action with no success. Am I missing anything here?

Thanks for your post.

 

kindly request you to check with WRVS4400N factory reset, reconfigure from scratch, port forwarding working. (make sure have the startup configuration file saved in case before proceeding with factory reset)
