Just installed a new WRVS4400N router.  wireless working.  however refuses to let me log back via Ethernet cable in at http://192.168.1.1 given me 403 Forbidden, Access Denies, Management via WLAN is not allowed.  Was able to reset and noe braodcasting unsecured "cisco b" signal, but no way to get into router and set up security.  unsure what I have done.  HELP!

Hi James,

Disable the wireless connection. It sounds you have both wired and wireless connection simultaneous.

Hi James,

As Tom states, disable the wireless NIC on your PC, and connect to the router (to port 1-4) with a wired LAN cable.

If http://*** doesnt work to connect to the router, try out https://***, and/or with another browser (or delete all cookies/saved passwords in your current browser).

Hope this helps,

Arne
