WRVS4400N v2 VPN trouble

I followed the document QVPN Alternate for Mac on my Moutain Lion OSX.

I set up the IPSecuritas and my WRVS4400N as instructed and everything seems to work well after clicking Start IPSec.

It is reported that the status is connected but the Reliability shows zero.

I receive no packets from the IPSec Tunnel.

Please tell me the possible problems.
