new isa550 fails to update firmware

Although I can log into cisco.com properly both automatic or manual firmware update in the user interface from 1.0.3 to 1.2.18 terminates with the message "credentials not correct".

So I tried manual download to the PC, which worked. But upload stops with the message "incorret file".

What else could I do?

In the meantime I managed upload from pc: When trying the ..10th time it worked. Now I wait, wether in the future automatic update will work. Is there a way to know this beforehand from e.g. the logs?
