RV016 FIREWALL TOO STRICT. NEED TO OPEN PORTS??

i am getting hundreds of system log errors a day "connection refused- policy violation"  TCP 84.51,XXX,XXX:50985---208.99.XXX.XXX:62348 ON IXP3 This is blocking some of the devices on the lan from communicating with servers on the web etc. i need the firewall to be less restrictive but not completely turned off so i lose remote access also i have had a complaint that someone cant access their cisco vpn but can get online to surf help!!!

Is Content Filter being used. Do you have any added Firewall Access Rules other than the default? Is it only the one user that is unable to connect to the VPN?

i am not using any filters that i know of. basica

lly default settings. just one vpn user that i know

of so far so that is not my biggest concern. i am more concerned with the errors in the log. "connection refused" policy violation TCP  and UDP
