RV260 Web Filter queue limit reached

Hello all. The RV260 router experienced a WAN layer 3 outage (data link is still up) for 3 hours on Nov 18, 2020. During the outage, the Webfilter logs that "Cannot resolve host bcap15.brightcloud.com: Name or service not known." I assume this is the host from which the router checks the URL reputation. Since the router is not connected to my ISP's core network, this error occurs.

Since that day, when WAN layer 3 is restored, all Webfilter look ups are logged as follows:

2020-11-22 21:44:45  ipgrp LOOKUP queried for <name> : <clientRange> SUCCESS
2020-11-22 21:44:45  Queue limit reached (2048): failed request for [URL]
2020-11-22 21:44:45  WF_ALLOW: Cloud lookup req for url [URL] failed
2020-11-22 21:44:45  cloud_calbk URL request processing done. Yet to finish 0 requests in current batch.

Does this log mean that all URL look ups are failed and the Webfilter allows the traffic without attempting to query it again? This essentially defeats the purpose of the Webfilter?

Update: Not sure a reboot would fix this problem, but I don't want to reboot the router every two months. It is on a UPS and I am expecting it to be on 24/7/365. Plus, it has a 8-port switch that interconnects two major parts of my network (probably bad topology though).
