Hi, i have an RV130W Wireless VPN router on which contrary to all advertisements i do not have gigabit LAN.
The port links state 1000 full duplex however any LAN transfer is capped at about 20MBps, primarily because the router CPU reaches 100%. So this gives me <160 megabit LAN> and NOT <gigabit lan>
I've tested this on 220.127.116.11 & 18.104.22.168, no difference.
I also have gigabit bandwidth from my ISP and on WAN i reach about 800mbps so surprisingly this works as the advertised gigabit. WAN port link is listed as all LAN port links tto be also 1000 full duplex.
Why is the CPU overloading when transferring large files over the network. My previous TP-LINK archer router provided stable 80-120 MBps LAN transfer speeds.
Anyone else encounter this? Appreciate any opinion.
