3900 difference

Hi All, can anyone tell me the difference between the PID's C3900-SPE150 & C3900-SPE250 - are these different hardware types ?  Any help appreciated.  Thanks

The difference is the SPE (Service Performance Engine).  This dictates the BW the router can do.  SPE150 means 150 Mbps (input and output).
