Cisco ASA 5506-X Won't launch ADSM after restore of config

I have an ASA 5506-X. We ahev had some weather related problems lately so I thought it would be a good idea to have a backup device so I purchased a brand new ASA5506-X to configure to put on the shelf. Once booted up I can log in & restore my configuration from backup. The device reboots & gives me an IP for my network, but when I try to log into the ADSM it gives me an unable to launch the device manager. Also, when I try to access the device using putty or through the web browser it tells me that each of those options are unable to launch as well. Please help.
