Fail to delete IPv4 ARP entry

Log reports every 3 seconds an emergency error: 

Tue Jun  3 22:26:18 2014(GMT+0100) [rv180w][Kernel][KERNEL] [ 1724.530000] <sppe_cmd_arp> Fail to delete IPv4 ARP entry

Furthermore, static DHCP ip addresses get routed wrong after 3-4 days running time.

Any ideas?

debug arp all  and check the output.
