RV 132 W COMES WITH A EU POWER ADAPTER BUT IT BEEN PURCHASED IN UK AND ITS NOT WORKING ANY SUGGESTION PLEASE Small Business Support Community

Hi,

the RV132W package for continental Europe and Great Britain is the same. The box contains a power supply and 2 interchangeable  clips with the correct prongs. Please check the box and use the clip for Great Britain.
