Voicemail vs Answered Call in CDR Records

I am doing a project on basic CDR analysis and reporting and trying to distinguish between a vm and an answered call. These two calls went to the same person but one was a voicemail and one was an answered call. We have a dedicated vm number, so we can see when a call is forward to vm. But in this case, the calls get forwarded to a cell phone. Is there a distinct code combination to tell the difference between a vm and a call if a call gets forwarded to a cell phone? Attached is the CDR Records for the two calls. The Global ID: 16311962 is the answered call and the global ID: 16319628 is the vm.
