- Enables employees at the office or remote locations to place or receive calls through the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express using your Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.

- Stay in touch, whether at the office, in transit, or at a remote location
- Provide a single phone number to business contacts and immediately be connected to callers at the most convenient and available telephone
