How to reset Cisco router 4331

I was buy brand new router and have connected him to console port but when i need to hit enter after I get message press enter

.I push enter but it says: " authentication error"

I see there is some errors during startup in IOS row 1,5,6,7,8 is little strange to see errors on brand new router.

If is there solution for my problem I will be thankful for it .

Since it is new router, you can power cycle and configure back from the beginning ?

Console into the router and post the complete bootup process. We want to see what the router is doing. Try the username/password of "Cisco/Cisco".

if you by mistake run aaa new-model and  reboot before add username/password then you need factory set
