There is still some work taking place in resolving this issue, however it might something worth while working on in a Lab environment.

Any assistance required will try to assist you

Cheers,

David.

UPDATE UPDATE -

01-05-2009----

[UPDATE] UPDATE

The Live-Record Softkey is now working, however it was successful in the following environment:

CME = Operating on the latest EA-7.1.0.2 Pack

CUE = Was not upgraded during this EA upgrade version still the same prior to CME update (CME Revision 3.1)

SPA525G = Running 7-1-7 Firmware/Load

This has only been tested on the SPA525G phone at this stage, further testing is taking place on other phones. Initial issues could be due to the following:

1. Early Adopter 7.0.3 or < might have Internal coding issues

2. Phone loads might be a problem

3. DSP Issues

It all began to work once the latest updates were carried out on the system, but you will notice that the CUE was not upgraded at this stage, only the CME, so further testing on this part needs to take place as well.

The above has been reported to Cisco, however TAC and DE is yet to be advised so they can report this against the Bug Notice.

Hi David,

Thanks for taking the time to make these documents. I noticed you wrote that you were still trying to figure out how to upload images.

When you go to create a new document, choose the option "Write a New Document" instead of "Upload a File." This way, you will have an editor tool bar at the top of the description box. You will still be able to add attachments as well. In this toolbar, click on the camera icon to insert a picture. You can also create headings by changing font sizes, add lists, and much more. If you have any questions, please leave a message in .

Thanks,
