Objective

Factory default is used to remove configuration settings on the network device and to restore it to the original default settings. Factory reset is usually the last task to be performed by the user if the device stops to work, and it is mostly used for troubleshooting.

This document explains how to reset the UC320W device back to factory default settings.

Note: Factory reset will delete all the configuration and information on the UC320W and causes the device to reboot.

Applicable Devices

• UC320W

Software Version

• v2.2.2(1)

Reset Procedure

Step 1. With the device powered on, press and hold the Reset button on the side of the device for 10 seconds. The POWER/SYS light on the device begins to blink.

Step 2. The device reboots. Allow approximately 10 minutes for the configuration to reset and the device to fully reload.

Note: Do not disconnect the power from the device while this happens.
