At time of writing I don't know if this includes the RV042G that is due to be released in the next few days. perhaps someone from Cisco can comment on this?

I have the RV016, I can't tell if it's V3 hardware.  Where can I find out and what would happen if a older router had the new firmware specified for V3 flashed onto it?

What firmware revision do you have on the RV016?

if you flash v3 on anything else than a v3 router you would either fail or it will brick your router.
