PDI Help Desk Service Request ToolThe PDI Help Desk is a post-sales, pre-production support organization focused on supporting the SBCS product. Support is provided to Cisco Select partners who hold the SMB Specialization.

Which Cisco Support Organization To Contact And When:

Day 0 (Sell) = Partner Helpline

Day 1 (Deliver) = PDI Help Desk

Day 2 (Support) = TAC

To open a support request with the PDI Help Desk, click on the link to the left. The first time you access the PDI Help Desk you will be required to create an login / profile.

Issue Resolution (TAC Service Request Tool)Build customer loyalty by helping to expediently resolve customer issues. Most product and program concerns can be closed in three business days. If you need to open a TAC case directly, use the following link: Open a TAC Case:

1) Click "Create new TAC service request" on right side of page

2) Enter your cisco.com user ID

3) Verify contact info

4) Provide information about the issue. For "Technology" make sure you select "Voice - Communications Manager Express (CME) and/or Unity Express (CUE)" then for "Subtechnology" select 'CME and/or CUE on UC520'
