SBCS System Test 2.2 qualifies all the components together and provides fully validated, baseline deployment scenarios
·SBCS System Test 2.2 uses the latest release of the newly improved, Cisco Configuration Assistant, CCA 2.2(5) ,an easy to use interface for managing the platforms within the solution
SBCS System Test 2.2 includes support for the following new platforms in addition to the components already shipping as part ofSBCS release 2.0:
Cisco Smart Call Connector Server & Client – latest addition to the Cisco Smart CallConnector suite of applications for presence, visual voicemail and call control, instant messaging with federation, and integration with MicrosoftOutlook
Cisco SPA 300 Series IP Phones - latest addition to the Cisco SPA IP phone series for basic, low cost IP phones
Cisco SPA525G2 IP Phone - with enhanced Bluetooth capabilities

Validated SBCS System Test 2.2 Deployment Scenarios
The following are the baseline deployment scenarios that were validated as part of SBCS System Testing 2.2:
·Single site with various combinations of UC5xx, SA500 & SR520-xx
·Remote teleworker scenarios with various combinations of UC5xx, SA500 & SR520-xx over EZVPN or IPSec Site-to-Site VPN
·Mobile worker scenarios with various combinations of UC5xx, SA500 & SR520-xx over EZVPN or SSLVPN
·Multisite deployments with 8 to104 users
SBCS 2.2 Remote Teleworker deployments using site-to-site IPSec VPN between SA 500s are supported, but must be configured using the SA 500 Security Appliance Configuration Utility. The following SBCS 2.2 deployment scenarios are not supported by CCA:
Teleworker deployments using site-to-site IPSec VPN between UC 500 and SA 500 platforms
Multisite deployments with UC 500 and SA 500 platforms
Multisite deployments with UC 500 and SR 520 platforms
Validated Third Party Applications
SBCS System Test 2.2 continues to support multiple Vertical and Third-Party Applications on the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series platform that offer new ways for customers to cut costs, and improve productivity and customer service.
