Its best if the RV110W hold/has your router public ip address so if you're using DSL then your modem needs to be bridged and PPPOE information enter in the RV110W under pppoe. now if you have cable and it's just a cable modem then the RV110W should pull the public ip address. If it don't i would call the cable company/DSL company and have them assist you with getting your public ip address. If they say we don't support 3rd party routers then have them walk you through getting the public ip address on your computer and then you can just mirror that configuration onto the router afterwards.
