The Cisco Smart CallConnector Toolbar is a free solution for the Cisco Smart Business Communications System (SBCS) that integrates your phone functions directly into Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer (32 bit windows only). It provides toolbars that allow a user to make and answer calls from these applications, displaying incoming call information in a pop up window. Integration with Outlook allows you to click on a contact, whose work phone number is then presented in the dialing field. The toolbar is easy to install and use and provides inmediate value by increasing you call handling productivity.

Hi Alberto,
Do you have any status report on the x64 version of SCC Toolbar ?
Dear David;
Making progress. We should be able to start BETA during mid January. FCS is planned for end of february 2011.
It works fine with outlook 2010 32bit. How can I have it dial an international number in the format (+number) eg. +456789. it works fine with domestic (+1number)
Dear Alberto,
Do you have any news about SCC Toolbar x64 version?

Any idea's on when the documents here will be updated for the 2.1 release?
This does not work in a Windows 7 64-bit / Office 2010 32-bit install scenario...very annoying...
Microsoft strongly suggest installing Office 32-bit on Windows 64-bit. Which is what we have. It's really disappointing to see that this standard deployment scenario means that the Outlook Toolbar won't work.
Can we please have a 32-bit toolbar on 64-bit Windows.
I see that this is a free download, we have recently purchased a UC540W and am keen to try this out but unfortunately we do not have a service contract, is there an alternate download location for this?
Hi, what is the official CTI Solution for Windows 7 64-Bit?
Will there be any new releases for Windows server 2012 or other newest Windows OS ?
I see where this is End of Life. Is there a replacement? Our users use the click to dial all the time!
this is dead....like cisco is to me :(
