Q: During a software upgrade, something happened to the power/network/<insert reason> and now my SPA525 continuously reboots.

Is the phone broken, can I RMA it?

A: No, your phone is not broken. No, there is no need to RMA it.

Your SPA525 has a restore menu utility that you can access as follows:

  1. Power cycle the phone
  2. Press the speaker button when the Cisco logo fades away
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts
