UC300 Region Packs

Region Packs provide localization parameters (telephony parameters, dial plans, audio files, time zone lists, etc.) so that the UC320W may operate properly in countries/regions beyond those embedded in the Software Release. Region Pack support requires UC320W firmware version 2.1.1(7) or higher. Firmware release 2.1.4(3) or higher should be installed prior to installing Region packs.

Region packs do not change the language within the UC320W Configuration Utility text itself. As a reminder you can change the UC320W Configuration Utility language to one of the supported languages by setting your browser's language preferences. You can also select one of the supported languages by adding: /wizard/setupwizard.html?m=1 to the end of the URL that you use to access the UC320W. For example, if you normally access the GUI by:

http://192.168.10.1/

you can use:

http://192.168.10.1/wizard/setupwizard.html?m=1

Need region pack for Lithuania to be made because we experience serious problems with the outbound calling and calling to other countries. This is all is due to the reason of not having country's dial plan and having forced ourself with other country's region pack. This is ASAP.

Can you please point me to the right direction on where I can get a region pack for Cyprus?

Ideally, it would be very nice if you provided a 'tool' which can be used for creating/editing additional/existing dial plans/regions.

I see.. From what i understand the external dial plan is tied to the region settings. Is there any other way for me to change the external dial plan? If no, are there plans for future firmware updates to allow us to customise our own external dial plans?

Hi Alberto, I see that the MCs3000 Business Edition, was supposed to be released in Mid April in South Africa with Dial plans etc. surely this can be transposed onto the UC300 and or 500 series. How is the queue moving and is there estimated/committed date of release.

thanks

David
