Do you have a sheet or document that I can provide to the client's music on hold folks?  They will create a custom MOH file for them according to Cisco specs...but I cannot seem to locate the specs.

It will be running on a UC560.

Hi Stacy,

Why not just use Office Manager to transcode the MoH file? OM converts from MP3 and other formats to what the UC500 likes:

I thought OM was still beta. So basically I can tell thier MOH folks to make it an mp3 file- any size- any length? and then use OM to convert the file easily then, right?

OM is still beta, but you can use it and we will support it (through this community). And yes, OM can easilsy convert the file as it uploads it...
