WebEx Telepresence portal: Call history

Your call history does not include entries for Cisco Jabber Video video calls.

  1. Sign in to the Cisco WebEx Telepresence portal if you are not already signed in (see Sign in to the portal).
  2. Click Call history.



  3. (Optional) To filter the display, do either or both of the following:
    • To view the call history for a particular device: Click Select device and click the device.
    • To view only incoming, outgoing, or missed video and audio calls: Click View all and click the call type.
