Warranty

All Cisco® Small Business products are covered for a minimum of 1 year.  Refer to the Cisco Warranty Finder for details about your products.

Cisco Small Business Series

Standard warranty coverage:

• Return to Factory Hardware Replacement

• Firmware and software updates for bug fixes

• One-year phone or online chat technical support during business hours

Customers may return defective product to their point of purchase or contact the Cisco Small Business Support Center by phone or online chat.  For returns using the Small Business Support Center, Cisco will ship a replacement part after receiving the defective product at Cisco’s regional depot.

Cisco Small Business ESW 500 Series Switches

Five-year warranty coverage:

• Ten Business Day Advanced Hardware Replacement

• Firmware and software updates for bug fixes

• Ninety-day phone technical support and 1-year online chat technical support during business hours

Cisco Small Business 300 and 500 Series Switches

Enhanced limited lifetime warranty coverage:

• Return to Factory Hardware Replacement

• Firmware and software updates for bug fixes

• One-year phone or online chat technical support during business hours
