Here is a method to share your SPA400's configuration with Cisco support.
1. Direct your browser to the http://<IP_of_SPA400>/html/setup.cgi?next_file=alldata.htm URL.
Example: assume a SPA400 IP address of: 192.168.0.192
http://192.168.0.192/html/setup.cgi?next_file=alldata.htm
Note: there are no spaces in the URL, there is an underscore (_) between next and file which is hard to see in the example
2. Select all of the output
3. Copy and paste into an email or text document
4. Send to the person requesting your device's configuration
