To factory default a SPA phone, you need physical access to it.
- Press the setup button
- Navigate to Factory Reset [option number depend on firmware version and device configuration]
But what if you don't have a Factory Reset option?
This means that your phone is configured via a configuration file and the configuration file has the following setting:

Have your phone's administrator or Service Provider change from Yes to No.
Either reboot the phone or wait for it to resync with the provisioning server and once complete, the "Factory Default" menu option will be back in place on the phone's user interface.
