Does this mean the onsite agent and the onplus website are only supported via this website community?
Hi, the OnPlus service has just been made available, it is supported by the Cisco Small Business Support Center, that applies to ON100 agent and the OnPlus portal. You do not need a seperate support contract for getting help with the OnPlus Service. In addition, the support community has a lot of content to help with support and we encourage you to share feedback and make suggestions for the OnPlus Service.
