When opening Telephony>Voice on a UC520 48U with 7.0.3 on CCA2.0, every time it errors:

Error: Voice

java.lang.NullPointerException

Seems like this will only work with 'factory' config rather than that which has developed over time using CLI due to the previous lack of functionality in previous versions of CCA.  Do you guys test this stuff?  While I appreciate the massive improvements in CCA (I have been a user since the first version), there appears to be still some way to go.

Starting with CCA 1.8, we made available the "Out of Band" rules when adding CLI to a CCA-managed system:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9809

If you honor the above rules, CCA won't overwrite or error out due to your specific settings. Our recommendation moving forward is that you "normalize" your configurations. Normalized configurations is all we test. We cannot accommodate for all the possible permutations in IOS.

Thanks,

Marcos
