While you usually would add a new user and a new password for the VPN clients on the VPN server, sometimes you change the default user (Cisco) password by accident, and if you forget it, you may become locked out.
If you added a NEW USER and PW and removed the default by accident, then you should be able to logon using the NEW USER and password.
