Here you can download a tested Provider template for XS4ALL for you UC500.
After the use of this template you have to check the next parms in the UC500 box, via CLI.
Go to the access-list area and change / remove ( or add the next lines ) so it seems the lines below !

Another thing is, pay attention on the length of the password in the next lines:

It may be that the SIP connection will give the error Name and Passord are not correct, change the correct password in the lines:
credentials username 085877xxxx password 7 [password] realm sip.xs4all.nl
authentication username 085877xxxx password 7 [password]

With the command:
credentials username 085877xxxx password 0 [new password] realm sip.xs4all.nl
After these changes .. test your SIP connection !
