Recent UC320W software allows for G711 A law or uLaw to be selected for SIP trunks based in the UK region.

Although our network supports all codecs, we have heard reports from customers stating that voice calls are clearer when selecting A-Law.

For help please do call our office +44 (0)1869 222500
