Access/Device Information | You must enter credentials under Credentials > Login and Credentials > Enable in the Device Information window on the portal to grant access for the device. Once you enter the credentials, the portal can access this such as the CAM table, wireless association table, ARP table, and CDP neighbors as well as determine if a CUE device is installed. |
Device Configuration Backup and Restore | UC500 configuration backup and restore is not supported via the OnPlus Portal. Use Cisco Configuration Assistant (CCA) to back up and restore configuration on the UC500 and CUE module. |
