Access/Device Information

You must enter credentials under Credentials > Login and Credentials > Enable in the Device Information window on the portal to grant access for the device. Once you enter the credentials, the portal can access this such as the CAM table, wireless association table, ARP table, and CDP neighbors as well as determine if a CUE device is installed.

Device Configuration Backup and Restore

UC500 configuration backup and restore is not supported via the OnPlus Portal. Use Cisco Configuration Assistant (CCA) to back up and restore configuration on the UC500 and CUE module.

You can access this device by http or CLI.

To get a http access, use port 80. To get a CLI prompt, use port 22 or 23.

Note: Cisco OnPlus Service was tested with the UC540 and UC560 models, with feature support expected to apply to all other models in the series.
