Indoor Mounting

Materials Needed for Mounting

To Mount the WAP150 indoors, you will need the following materials from the mounting kits:

  • 2 - Screws (0.26 in / 0.69 in)
  • 2 - Anchors (0.32 in / 0.87 in)

Drilling Holes for Anchors

First, use a ruler to determine the mounting hole positions. The holes should be 3-5/8 inches apart from each other. Mark and drill the holes accordingly.

In this demonstration, we used a 5/32 inch drill bit to drill the holes.

Inserting Anchors and Screws into Wall

Insert the 0.32/0.87 inch anchors into the drilled holes and then screw the .26/.69 inch screws into each anchor.

Tighten the screws in place, leaving room to mount the WAP150 onto the screws.

Mounting WAP150 to Wall

Lastly, align the back of the WAP150 with the screws and position the WAP150 to lock the device in place.

Conclusion

This concludes our tutorial on indoor mounting options for the WAP150. To provide consistent coverage for an indoor location, the WAP150 can be fixed onto a wall within the area. With the appropriate tools and mounting kit, either option can be quickly and easily established.
