If the Cisco WebEx Telepresence service does not work as expected after activation, you can perform a factory reset on your device, as described in the appropriate section:

You can perform a factory reset directly from your device:
- Navigate to the Home menu.
- Press **, press Presentation, and then press ##.
You can also perform a factory reset using your ssh-capable terminal client:
- Using ssh, log in to your device as admin.
- By default, the password is blank. If you created a password, enter it.
- Enter xCommand SystemUnit Configuration ResetToFactoryDefaults Settings: All.

For the Quick Set C20 device, you can perform the factory reset directly from the device:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the power button on the back of the device until the power indicator turns red.
- Release the power button, and then press it twice within five seconds.

- By default, the password is blank. If you created a password, enter it.
- Enter xCommand SystemUnit FactoryReset Confirm: Yes.
