Move the cursor over the video window to display the information bar at the top of the window.
The Conference information 
button in the upper-right corner opens an overview of Cisco Jabber Video's incoming and outgoing data traffic. Your administrator may request this information from you for the purposes of troubleshooting (see Troubleshoot audio issues and Troubleshoot video issues (Windows only)).
