To improve poor video and audio quality on your Cisco WebEx Telepresence device, do the following:
- Make sure that you have sufficient bandwidth to support the service. The minimum requirements are 1.28Mbps for Cisco Jabber Video service and 4Mbps for premium service.
- Make sure that your network prioritizes video and audio traffic appropriately. See WebEx Telepresence: Network hosts for information.
- Adjust the video call setting values on your device by selecting Settings > Call settings and lowering the bandwidth for the three call rates (Default call rate, Maximum upstream rate, and Maximum downstream rate) so that they are below the bandwidth values available from your broadband provider.
