there is no need for configuration of a L2 switch. by default cisco L2 switches are plug and play. you can add some things as you wish but if you plug in 2 PCs to brand new switch, they will communicate if they are on the same subnet.
Any CCNA book has basics of steps for switch operations and configs.
you can copy and paste show run output from existing switch to new one but change hostname, any IPs.
