2 uplink connection between 2 switches

Suppose I have 2 switches 3750 , Usually we connect with a single uplink 1G or 10G sfp modules or simply UTP cable uplink so Can i connect 2 switches with 2 uplinks with following scenarios:

First scenario:

One uplink is 1G spf on both switches and second uplink is 10G 

Second scenario:

2 uplinks both are 10G sfp modules connection between 2 switches 

So what's possibilities and prons and crons

-- This is not supported and not going to work

Second scenario:

2 uplinks both are 10G sfp modules connection between 2 switches 

- This is supported and use Port-channel with LACP is good option.

Can u explain more about this , speed would be more or what other benefits
