Bandwidth limit - SF300/24

Hi

I am not an IT Admin, but i got a task to configure the switch in my office. My objective is to limit bandwidth on several departments in my office that are connected to my switch SF300 - 24.

I have;

1. FE/1 - FE/20 = Computer LAB (20 Nodes - Directly connected to switch)
2. FE/21 - Department X (3 Nodes - connected to switch via a intermediatery switch)

Now what i want, is that i want to limited 1 MB of bandwidth to my whole LAB (FE/1 - FE/20), and 4 MB to my Department X.

Kindly assist me doing this.
