Cannot upgrade firmware Cisco SG200-26 26-port

Hi,

I download firmware from cisco.com but I cannot upgrade firmware with error as image as below

But when I upgrade SF302-08P 8-Port 10/100 PoE Managed Switch it fine.

what is your current software and boot version on SG200? - you can provide screenshot of "Status and Statistics" -> "System Summary" -> "Software Information".

but basically that error "Illegal software format" means that you have to upgrade boot code prior to upgrading switch firmware. you can have look on section "Upgrading to the Latest Boot Code via TFTP" on this document.

I upgrade boot code already but it still have same problem

Already solved, I upgrade boot to 1.3.5  then I upgrade firmware to 1.3.5 then upgrade firmware to 1.4.5.
