Catalyst 2960 switch all Status LED is showing Amber

Switch is not able to start and all LED is showing amber as per attached image. Tried to reset with mode button but it is not working,

Means the switch is dead.

The switch is dead.  The only solution is to replace it.

 - Attach a console. check if anything is (still) displayed when powered-up.
