Cisco 3650 Switch goes in Switch mode

Hi ! I have stack of 4 Switch 3650 when ever the power goes and come back the switch goes in Switch mode i manually need to boot the Switch , i have tryed to erase and load new IOS still the problem exist.

How to recover switch in stack (one of my switch is in SWITCH:) Mode

What is the IOS Version running, 

can you post dir output and show boot

Someone is playing a trick on you. The switch may have been configured to go into ROMmon on purpose by ways of config-registry.
Did someone perform password recovery on the switch before?
